Don't want to exercise at the gym
I just lost a lot of weight. I have always carried around extra weight and I wanted to finally lose it for good. The food that I have been eating is healthy and I have been eating a lot less than I used too, I also took some diet pills that are supposed to make me not hungry. I have been going to Golds gym everyday and I need a break, does anyone have any fun activities they could suggest besides the gym that could help me keep this weight off? Doing the same thing over and over gets old.
This morning Bob made me scrambled eggs and oatmeal with fruit on top. We have been together for over 6 months now and things are heading in the right direction. He makes the best breakfast ever.

I feel ya on this. I've signed up for countless gym memberships (and dropped serious $$$ in the process) and somehow, I hardly ever use it. I go a few times in the beginning....and then maybe I'll go again here and there but you're right...it just gets old...and it becomes another CHORE...and a place that I feel I have to "work into" my schedule.
I like walking. It's simple, it's easy...I can do it when and where I want. Havinga dog helps immensely too. She actually walks me sometimes!
I know how you feel. I joined my University gym last year on a year membership. It cost me £200 and I constantly find myself forcing myself to attend the gym at least two times a week, it kills me.
It's too cold here right now, but try cycling, esspecially if you live near the countryside it's alot of fun and really relaxing if you get good enough weather and scenery.
